<ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN>

IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TANZANIAN TOURIST BOARD (TTB), NURU AGENCY IS PREPARING A BILLBOARD CAMPAIGN PROMOTING NATURAL AND CULTURAL LANDMARKS.
THIS ASPECT OF THE CAMPAIGN WILL RUN FOR A YEAR AND WILL TARGET TANZANIA’S MOST POPULATED CITIES INCLUDING DAR ES SALAAM, MWANZA, ARUSHA, TANGA, ZANZIBAR, MOROGORO AND MBEYA AND OTHER SIGNIFICANT URBAN AREAS.
IN ADDITION TO ADVERTISEMENTS, NURU IS PLACING ADVERTS ON 120 BARMEDAS TV DIGITAL SCREENS LOCATED INSIDE SUPERMARKETS, HOSPITALS, CLINICS, CHURCHES AND HOTELS.

<TV SERIES>

ELP IS AN ORIGINAL TELEVISION AND WEB SERIES OF 16 EPISODES AT 26 MINUTES EACH. IT SHOWCASES TANZANIA’S WILDLIFE, DIVERSE LANDSCAPES AND THE FASCINATING HERITAGE IN LOCATIONS INCLUDING: WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS (WMAS), GAME RESERVES, NATIONAL PARKS, UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITES AND OTHER IMPORTANT LANDMARKS.

THE ELP SERIES FEATURES LOCAL TANZANIANS AND EAST AFRICANS FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE AS THEY EXPLORE AND JOURNEY THROUGH VARIOUS DESTINATIONS, INTERACTING WITH THE MAGNIFICENT WILDLIFE AROUND THEM. WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF (LOCAL) STAFF ON LOCATION, ECOLOGISTS AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHERS, WE ADDRESS CRITICAL CONSERVATION CHALLENGES.

EACH EPISODE HAS AN INDIVIDUAL STORY ARC AND THEME. CUMULATIVELY, THE SERIES PROVIDES A COHERENT MESSAGE HELPING TO GENERATE THE WILL TO CHERISH AND PROTECT TANZANIA’S HERITAGE. SHORT CLIPS CONTAINING IMPORTANT CONSERVATION MESSAGES ARE EXTRACTED FROM EACH EPISODE AND DISTRIBUTED VIA DIFFERENT MEDIA PLATFORMS.

WE ARE RUNNING A VIGOROUS SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN USING VARIOUS PLATFORMS INCLUDING FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM AND YOU-TUBE. BY PROMOTING THE CAMPAIGN ON SOCIAL MEDIA, IDEAS AND CALLS TO ACTION (CTA) ARE SPREAD FASTER, RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT THE VALUE OF TANZANIAN HERITAGE AND GENERATING DISCUSSIONS ON IMPORTANT THEMES.

<Radio Series>

RADIO SEGMENTS ARE CREATED FOR ENTERTAINMENT AS WELL AS EDUCATIONAL AND AWARENESS-RAISING PURPOSES. WE ARE PRODUCING NEW PROGRAMS WITH DIFFERENT MESSAGES THAT CAN BE EMBEDDED INTO THE RADIO PROGRAMS THAT ALREADY EXIST

COMMUNITY RADIO NETWORKS THAT HAVE THE ABILITY TO REACH RURAL AREAS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS WHICH INVOLVE THE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS FROM THE WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS.
